Choosing the Type of Schedule

The first step is to select the type of schedule that you need for your school.

Traditional Master Schedule

This type has flexible blocks where each block can be a different length, and each assignment has its own fixed weekly time slot. Grade level planning is included here, so there is no need to make separate Classroom-only schedules.

Rotating Specials Master Schedule

This provides specials that are the same time block every day for a particular class. Which special happens on any given day is determined by a 4 to 15 day rotation.

Classroom Only Schedule

This is intended for planning an individual class or grade level rather than a school-wide master plan.
